Mishelle grinned as she figured she was doing the boy some good. "Alright, Aynok, intimidate with Leer!" Aynok glared at the bird with the Leer, hoping to scare him back before he could sting him. After all, this was getting exhausting...

However, since the sting had been thrown from her hind end, Beauty was completely unaffected by the Leer. She began sending out more and more Poison Stings, all aimed at Aynok, figuring at least one of them HAD to hit the bird.

And one did. Aynok screeched from the sting and flew back, fluttering right above the ground, sqawking angirly. He then leaned forward, flying towards the bug with a Peck aimed at it. <I'll get you for that!>

As Aynok flew towards Beauty, she shut her eyes, and sent out another round of Poison Stings, just as the peak hit her. He wasn't much higher than her level wise, but it was super effective either way. She was diligent, and didn't faint.

Aynok felt a set od double tingers pierce his flank, and screeched, the pain making him surge backwards. He fell on his back, laying there for a second. "Omigoshishedead?" Mishelle said very quickly, looking at him with worry. <Dude, this is tiring.> He said, having wished he could go to sleep right there. Instead, he had to fight something he couldn't eat. Bah. "All I ask for is for one more attack!" Mishelle called out. "Otherwise, I'll return you and you'll wake up with Pokemon food. I promise." Aynok jumped to his feet a little more energetically than he expected. Mishelle grinned. "Now, Peck!" And Aynok, flying forward, obeyed.

Beauty rolled to the sides; though she dodged the attack, she wound up on her back, and was unable to attack as she tried to get up. She did, eventually, but by then, she had lost sight of Aynok and had no chance to attack. Maybe she'd get lucky, though, and the poison would take effect... It wasn't likely, though. She and her trainer were fairly inexperienced at seeing signs of weakness, so neither of them had realized Aynok was as tired as he was. She was simply hoping the poison would be super effective or something.

Aynok, seeing the advantage, got a motivational boost, and flew at Beauty, stubborn to his Spearow lines, he tried another Peck.

Beauty let out one last Poison Sting at Aynok before he hit her, making her faint. Aynok gains 1 happiness level & 1 level! "NO! BEAUTY!" Alfonzo cried out. He returned Beauty, and threw out his Caterpie. He hadn't seen if Beauty's last move had hit or not, though.

Aynok hadn't quite fainted from the ht, but just lay there, not feeling like fihting. Mishelle laughed at her pokemon's persistence to do nothing and returned him, guessing he was close to done anyways. Well, there was one more contender, and his levels were good enough to succeed... "Blast!" <Squirtle! I mean hi!> He said as he was released. "Tackle!" Mishelle commanded with a smile. Blast nodded and dove at the Caterpie with the Tackle.

<HEY! YOU TALK!> The Caterpie shouted energetically as it flew at top-Caterpie speed towards Blast, as Blast flew at itself at top-Squirtle speed. Meaning, Blast was barely faster than Caterpie; mainly due to having legs that were longer than a penny was thick. Regardless, there was a collision Tackle, in which both pokemon were equally damaged. Well, the Caterpie was damaged more, but that was due to level difference.

Blast tried to regain himself as quickly as possible, which wasn't too difficult, as he was simply larger than the Caterpie. He then fired a fearsome, dangerous BUBBLE!

((xD)) The Caterpie dodged about half of the Bubbles, and then threw itself into another Tackle attack. Once again, it went off, charging at top-Caterpie speed! But going at 1/18 mph had it's advantages. Like, agility. It was much harder to dodge the attack when the attacker could turn as easily as you could, after all.

Blast steadied himself, and went for another collision-course. This was a fun battle!

The Caterpie agreed wholly. Alfonzo, however, did not. He was worried sick - he only had 1 pokemon left after Caterpie! Once again, both pokemon collided, and both were injured. "Use String Shot! Speed him u- I mean, slow him down!" Alfonzo called out. Caterpie nodded, and sent out cords of strong web-making material towards Blast, hoping to slow him down.

Blast ran at the Caterpie, but when a whirl of white string shot at him, he slowed, trying to claw it out of his face and body. <Rah!> With a minute's struggle, he managed to clear it away, and looked around for the target. Spotting the Caterpie, he giggled and ran at it, readying himself for another Tackle. Mishelle wondered since when a battle with a Caterpie wouldbe so interesting- and fun for her pokemon! Odd creatures, they were. But seeing them real- hoh, boy, did it make her happy.
