When a Pokemon defeats a Pokemon, do they get levels gained and Happiness Points gained but no money since the battle isn't over. Like, say, you are facing someone with 3 Pokemon. Now one of your Pokemon defeats 2 of them but faints on the last one. Then you send out one that defeats the last of the trainer's Pokemon. Wouldn't it be unfair if they got all of the levels even though the first one battled more?

Every INDIVIDUALL pokemon gains levels & happiness levels from every pokemon it defeats. If it faints, then the pokemon who brings it down gains everything; if switched out, or carrying exp. share, then they both/all gain levels. However, only the pokemon who brings down their opponent will gain happiness levels. Also, money is only earned once all of either trainer's (in the case of a battle against another person; not a computer player) pokemon are fainted.
