The boulders finally proved to much for Tarzan. He was crushed under the weight of one, fainted. "It's alright, Tarzan," Max said, returning the crazy bug. He then enlarged Denhan's ball and released him. Then he yelled "Now use Hypnosis." The Drowzee made a hypnotic movement with his hands, trying to make him fall asleep.

The Hypnosis bounced off the boulders between the two pokemon, being incredibly weak by the time they reached the Nosepass. It felt drowzy for a minute... Then the feeling passed. Deciding to be on the safe side, it used Harden to raise it's defense. Who knew how many pokemon the trainer had?

Max hated Nosepasses. Now. He ran up to the one they were facing and yelled, "Hey, were sorry for attacking you. We thought you would like to battle. Lets just be on our merry ways." Denhan nodded in agreement and Blast started to pant.

The Nosepass was in battling mode by then, though. It used another Rock Throw to block their path, and rammed through the boulders separating itself from them. It ran towards Denhan, it's latest opponent, in a Tackle attack!

"Denhan, while the Nosepass charges, Hypnotize it." Denhan started to dance and tried to Hypnotize the oncoming Nosepass.

The Nosepass was so intent on the attack, though, that the Hypnosis was completely ignored, and it continued it's mad charge towards Denhan.

It's like trying to battle a rock. A really angry rock. Did he have a plan? No he didn't. "Uhhh.. Pound." Max said, worried about the battle now. Not a good choice of Pokemon. The Drowzee charged for the Nosepass, ready to smack it with his hand.

Both pokemon collided at once. Nosepass, due to being at a higher level, the Harden from before, and having so much momentum, had a more powerful attack, but both pokemon did quite a bit of damage. Once it had hit, it was actually bounced back because it had been moving so much faster than it was used to. It ran towards Denhan again in another Tackle.

Max saw the Nosepass coming back towards Denhan. "Jump up, then use Pound down." Denhan was still weak from his last impact but followed orders. He waited till the last minute. Then he jumped up and Pounded down, with amazing speed. Max didn't know Drowzees could move that fast, more or less Denhan.

The Nosepass, caught by surprise, was hit. Hoping to form a barrier between Denhan and Max, now that there was a good gap between them, it used a Rock Throw - aimed behind it, so Denhan would have to get by IT to get to it's trainer. To make sure that didn't happen, it used another Rock Throw - on Denhan.

While all of this was happening, Denhan started to wave his hands. "What are you doin?!?!?!" Max called out. Denhan put himself to sleep so when he was hit by the boulders, he didn't feel it. When it was over he woke back up. "Whoa.... I wouldn't have thought of that." <Thats why your not battling> he murmured. "Cool, now use Pound." The Drowzee ran over towards the Nosepass, using Pound.

((It still hit him, though, right?)) Now that the trainer and pokemon were successfully blockaded away from each other, the Nosepass allowed itself to be hit, and used another Rock Throw. Or, two more. Another behind it, piling the boulders so high it couldn't see Max over them, and the other onto Denhan. Behind them, a Diglett was watching curiously.

OoC: Ya BiC: Max saw what was happening a little too late. The rocks made his vision bad, only cracks to see through. Max decided to climb up the boulders, and he called out, "Denhan, keep using Pound." Denhan ran at the Nosepass again, using another Pound.

The Nosepass was hit once more, but leaped towards Denhan in it's own Tackle attack. The battle, as far as it was concerned, was just getting interesting. The Nosepass seemed to have no intention of letting up on it's strength.

Denhan was taking a constant beating. He soon then got back up and tried another Pound. Max however, wasn't making much progress.
